Estimates & Contracts
Any bid or estimate provided by PM Home Remodel is non-binding until a formal contract is signed by both the homeowner and the contractor. Every project is unique, and terms may vary based on the agreed scope of work.
Service Availability
We reserve the right to determine which locations and projects we can service. Availability depends on factors such as contractor scheduling, project complexity, and regional service coverage.
Estimate Validity
While we strive to maintain our pricing, estimates are only valid for 30 days from the date issued. Material costs, labor rates, or other factors may cause price adjustments beyond this period.
Craftsmanship & Quality
We stand behind the workmanship of our remodeling team and aim to deliver the highest quality results. However, unforeseen issues may arise during or after the project. In such cases, we will work with homeowners to address concerns within the scope of the signed contract and applicable warranties.
Project Adjustments & Changes
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be mutually approved and may result in additional costs. Homeowners and contractors are responsible for reviewing and agreeing on any modifications before proceeding.
